Shipping -

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, arrival dates are not guaranteed and may be delayed across all carriers.

Ready-to-wear items ship within 2-3 days after ordering.

Products made-to-order in house are subject to a 2-3 week production time. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to ship.

Check item descriptions to see whether it is ready-to-wear or made-to-order.

 - International Shipping -

It is the responsibility of the customer to know the shipping/import regulations in your area, including unique issues caused by Covid-19. All taxes/duties incurred are also the responsibility of the customer.

We currently have a $200 USD (150£) purchase minimum for UK customers while we navigate the post Brexit import regulations.

 - Exchange Policy -

We do not offer refunds on orders. However, we will exchange items for a different size of the same product, or another item of equal or lesser value. Unworn, undamaged items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

In cases where an item arrives damaged or flawed, we will replace it. Email us with your order number and the issue with the garment.

Email within 7 days of receiving order to request exchange. Include your order number and “Exchange” in the subject line.
