- Production Time & Shipping -
Most Ricky products are made to order and hand-crafted. As such, all orders are subject to a production time of up to 3 weeks. If you have concerns about an order or production time, please email email@example.com and we will answer any questions you may have.
- International Shipping -
We currently only offer shipping to the US, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping to other areas is on a case by case basis. If you live in outside of the above regions, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your desired order and your location, and we will let you know if we can ship to you.
- Exchange Policy -
We do not offer refunds on orders. However, we will exchange items for a different size of the same product, or another item of equal or lesser value. Unworn, undamaged items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
In cases where an item arrives damaged or flawed, we will replace it. Email us with your order number and the issue with the garment.
Email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving order to request exchange. Include your order number and “Exchange” in the subject line.
